💡 Time slots are flexible. You are welcome to switch your time slot from session to session based on what works best for you that week. We'll coordinate directly with you to make it work. Note: depending on preferences, some athletes may be grouped in the same time slot.

I understand this program is held at a fixed location — 3669 N 2350 E, Layton, UT 84040 (private backyard setup) — and I am able to commit to attending every Monday and Thursday, June 15 through July 9.

I understand there are only 4 spots available and my spot is not secured until payment of $650 is completed through Square.

I understand I will receive a follow-up from Bullpen Athletics via phone or email to confirm my time slot and provide any additional program details before June 15.
